  2. Monitoring & Observability: Implementing tools to monitor system performance, uptime, and usage, ensuring high availability of services.
  3. Security & Compliance: Implementing security measures, such as firewalls and access controls (IAM), to protect data and ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  4. Cost Optimization (FinOps): Analyzing cloud resource usage to identify, eliminate, and reduce unnecessary costs.
  5. Incident Management & Troubleshooting: Resolving technical issues, reducing downtime, and ensuring continuity through proactive monitoring and rapid response.
