This role is for a Senior Software Engineer who will act as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 System Administrator. The primary responsibilities include configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Dynamics 365 platform (Contact Center, Customer Service, Sales modules) for Cat Digital Customer Support. This involves managing customizations, workflows, user roles, security settings, system performance, and integrations. The role also involves licensing and environment governance, monitoring, troubleshooting, end-user support, system updates, testing, and documentation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications for Cat Customer Support.
  2. Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
  3. Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
  4. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  5. Set up workstreams, agent workspace, agent skills, KPI’s, and reporting in D365.

Required

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) system administration
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules: Contact Center, Customer Service, and/or Sales
  • CRM architecture, integration and customization
