What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborates with stakeholders to determine user requirements.
  2. Drives design documentation and dependency identification.
  3. Builds, optimizes, debugs, refactors, and maintains high-quality code.
  4. Designs and runs experiments to evaluate effectiveness of changes.
  5. Partners with PMs to deliver project and release plans.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
  • 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 7+ years software engineering experience in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, React, or Python
  • 7+ years industry experience in fullstack or backend development shipping services through multiple releases
  • Experience building generative AI applications or services
  • Experience with the Power Platform or M365 Enterprise development
