What you'll do We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a blend of back and front-end experience to join our team to help us build and scale the next generation of the platform and customer-facing features. As a senior member of the team, you will help drive the architecture and development of services to build an innovative integration solution, incorporating cutting-edge AI orchestration and agentic frameworks. Responsibility Be responsible for delivering products that delight customers while maintaining the health of the codebase through continuous refactoring and management of technical debt Architect and lead the development of Agentic systems and MCP-based integrations to enhance platform intelligence and connectivity Work with your team to deliver software standard processes, automated test strategies, and flatten the cost of change for our software products and services Think about how to tackle problems at scale and build fault-tolerant systems, including the management of non-deterministic AI outputs Develop high-quality, ship-ready code that is covered by a full test suite Design and develop a web-scale service that follows microservice principles and is deployed using containerized cloud technologies Work with Product Management and other developers to understand and translate marketing requirements into design requirements and provide estimates for development Work as part of a cross-site development team to drive design, implementation, testing, and release of product Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work.
