Senior Software Engineer, Full-stack

Anthropic Anthropic · AI Frontier · San Francisco, CA · Engineering & Design - Product

Senior Full-stack Engineer to build and scale AI products for enterprise customers, focusing on developer experience, beneficial deployments, enterprise AI products (extensibility, context, proactivity), vertical AI products (financial services, healthcare, legal), enterprise foundations (identity, security, compliance), and growth initiatives. The role involves end-to-end ownership, partnering with various teams to integrate new model capabilities into user-facing products and tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. You'll build the products and tools - console, SDKs, docs, and observability - that give developers the confidence to rely on Claude in their most critical applications.
  2. Beneficial Deployments Engineering brings Claude to organizations doing the most good with the fewest resources — nonprofits, schools, healthcare providers, researchers, and economic mobility programs.
  3. You'll work on the products that make Claude a daily-use tool for enterprise customers across industries – the connective tissue that lets Claude operate effectively across workflows.
  4. Purpose-built experiences for specific industries where Claude can transform complex professional work.
  5. You'll build the systems large organizations require before they can adopt Claude at scale: identity and permissions, security and compliance controls, and the admin analytics that let them see how it's being used.
