Responsibilities
- Design, build and improve our on-device infra for Google Home Platform.
- Lead third-party Home New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
- Scale Google Home Platform (GHP) across various OSs (Linux/Android/Fuchsia) with high velocity and low maintenance.
- Scale GHP to build a broader ecosystem, for both first-party and third-party devices.
- Design and build on-device infrastructure to empower new use cases on GHP, such as home automation and intelligence.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communications, Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in Linux embedded system development.
- Experience programming in C or C++.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in computer networking.
- Experience in leading NPI projects.
