Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $174000 - $252000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI solutions for Google's enterprise functions leveraging our enterprise AI best practices and foundational building blocks.
- Collaborate with ML engineers and leads on developing reusable enterprise AI primitives.
- Drive innovation in AI and agentic solutions that help transform Google's business functions.
- Be a strong partner with PM/UX in defining product roadmap and new feature scope.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience programming in C++, Python or Go.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software.
- 3 years of experience with Applied Machine learning.
- 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
- Experience with core GenAI concepts (LLM, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models).
- Experience in concurrency, multithreading, and synchronization.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
- Experience architecting and developing distributed system.
