As a Senior Software Engineer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 working on the John Deere Dealer Business System program, based in Indaiatuba/SP, you will have a unique opportunity to work on a large-scale global application. This role also offers the opportunity to help build and shape a new team in Brazil, contributing to the development of technical solutions and best practices while collaborating closely with global stakeholders. We are looking for a strong technical professional with a proactive mindset and solid problem-solving skills, motivated to contribute and grow within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert business requirements into high-quality solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience modules (Sales Hub or Field Service)
- Hands-on development with a dedicated agile delivery team focused on the design, development, and delivery of solutions
- Develop integrations between systems and APIs to support business needs
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders to demonstrate, refine, and continuously improve our products
- Collaborate with other software engineers on the team
- Contribute to technical design and solution discussions
What Skills You Need
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development (Customer Engagement modules)
- Experience with C#/.NET
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (e.g., layered architecture, event-driven systems, domain-driven design)
- JavaScript (ES6) or NodeJs
- Experience with relational databases and system integrations
- Experience with Git and GitHub
- Experience with trunk-based development
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales Hub, Field Service, or Customer Service)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (in either Azure Dev Ops or Github Actions)
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred)
- UI Libraries such as React
- Experience with PCFs or other complex Dynamics 365 customizations
- Experience with unit testing frameworks, integration, or end-to-end testing frameworks and libraries
