Job Summary:
Senior Software Engineer (iOS) supporting the Driver Experience team under Last Mile Delivery, building scalable mobile solutions that power driver payments and core delivery experiences at national scale.
What You’ll Bring:
6+ years of native iOS development (Swift, RxSwift, UIKit)
Experience with scalable systems, APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Strong understanding of distributed/event-driven architecture (Kafka or similar)
Solid CI/CD and unit testing practices
Strong communication and mentoring skills
What You’ll Do:
Lead design and development of scalable mobile features
Architect solutions for high-scale, real-time systems
Mentor engineers and collaborate cross-functionally
Translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions
Drive production reliability and issue resolution

Spark Driver App enables independent contractors to deliver Walmart orders with flexibility, allowing drivers to choose delivery offers and work when they want. The app supports delivery, shopping, and returns offers nationwide and helps drivers earn while providing great service and flexibility.
