What you'd actually do

  1. Build intent expression and results modules that improve discovery and decision-making.
  2. Set and enforce performance standards (page load, responsiveness, memory/network efficiency).
  3. Drive experimentation end-to-end with DS: hypotheses, instrumentation, ramp plans, and readouts.
  4. Partner with backend/platform teams on contracts, navigation patterns, and bridge capabilities.
  5. Mentor engineers and raise the bar on debugging rigor, code quality, and execution.

Skills

  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • track record of shipping high-impact, user-facing products
  • Strong TypeScript/JavaScript
