Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead company-wide programs securing Google’s software supply chain. Build and scale a new security team in Singapore, identify critical risks, and architect solutions to reduce security threats. Establish a healthy team culture rooted in innovation, creative freedom, and ethical hacking.

What you'd actually do

  1. Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization's goals. Align strategy, processes, and decision-making across teams.
  2. Set clear expectations with individuals based on their level and role, and align them to the broader organization's goals.
  3. Build strong partnerships and collaboration roadmaps with partner teams in Google's software supply chain Integrity program, as well as with industry and academia.
  4. Develop the long-term technical goal and roadmap within, and often beyond, the scope of your teams and evolve the roadmap in securing Google's third-party dependencies.
  5. Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development and provide feedback and coaching.
