Senior Software Security Engineer responsible for safeguarding AI systems by building security for large-scale AI clusters, implementing robust cloud security architecture, designing secure-by-design workflows, and shipping secure, high-reliability services. The role involves threat modeling, risk assessment, and mentoring engineers within a fast-paced startup environment focused on AI safety and alignment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build security for large-scale AI clusters, implementing robust cloud security architecture including IAM, network segmentation, and encryption controls
  2. Design secure-by-design workflows, secure CI/CD pipelines across our services, help build secure cloud infrastructure, with expertise in various cloud environments, Kubernetes security, container orchestration and identity management
  3. Ship and operate secure, high-reliability services using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices and GitOps workflows
  4. Apply deep expertise in threat modeling and risk assessment to secure complex multi cloud environments
  5. Mentor engineers and contribute to hiring and growth of the Security team
