This role is for a Senior Solution Architect at Adobe, focusing on pre-sales activities for key accounts and large-scale opportunities within Adobe Customer Solutions (ACS) in Korea. The candidate will lead solution direction, define services scope, and support strategic customer engagements, requiring strong communication skills, a comprehensive grasp of digital transformation and customer experience (CX), and substantial enterprise architecture background. Responsibilities include end-to-end pre-sales solutioning, partnering with sales and delivery teams, engaging with customer architects, and developing service proposals and solution architectures across Adobe Experience Cloud and broader enterprise ecosystems. The role emphasizes experience in consulting or technology organizations, leading professional services pre-sales, and understanding digital platform deployments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Function in a dynamic setting where you will be accountable for leading key strategic opportunities with our top customers in collaboration with the sales and delivery teams.
  2. Lead end-to-end pre-sales solutioning including discovery, solution architecture, effort estimation, and proposal development.
  3. Partner with account teams, delivery teams, and product engineering to support business growth and customer outcomes.
  4. Engage with customer architects, business, and technical collaborators to build trust and establish credibility.
  5. Plan and lead workshops to uncover needs, identify customer business objectives and challenges to be solved.

Skills

Required

  • Extensive experience working in a leading consulting or technology organization.
  • Proven experience leading professional services pre-sales for large engagements end-to-end, including discovery, architecture, estimation, proposal building and presentation, business value demonstration.
  • Solid knowledge of digital platform deployments, including CMS, Customer Data Platforms, Analytics, Personalization, eCommerce, Digital Asset Management, and mobile strategies.
  • Strong enterprise architecture and solution development capabilities across complex environments.
  • Ability to balance business and technology perspectives, translating business needs into practical and scalable solutions.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to extract clear insights from customer conversations and data.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage both technical and business collaborators.
