Senior Solution Architect

Adobe Adobe · Enterprise · San Jose, CA

Senior Solution Architect role focused on co-innovating with strategic accounts, prototyping and validating emerging capabilities, and providing product feedback. Requires hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, data architecture, and using AI/agentic tools for development acceleration.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead deep discovery sessions with strategic customer teams, surface business goals and technical constraints, and own the solution architecture end-to-end.
  2. Co-innovation is central — prototyping and validating emerging AEP capabilities before they reach general availability, and translating customer pain into product feedback that flows directly into the Adobe roadmap.
  3. Building and maintaining architecture foundations, blueprints, and labs that extend expertise beyond direct engagements.
  4. Bridging customer insight and product development — collaborating across CE peers, Principal Architects, field teams, and engineering.
  5. Communicating clearly with both technical practitioners and executives— through written docs, diagrams, and live presentations.
