Senior Solution Architect - Public Sector

This role is a Senior Solution Architect for Elastic, focusing on Public Sector accounts in the Netherlands. The primary responsibility is to act as a technical authority and trusted advisor to the sales team, customers, and partners. The role involves understanding customer business issues, articulating how Elastic's offerings address their needs, engaging the community, and enabling sales through partners. It requires a deep understanding of Elastic products and solutions, creating collateral, and communicating customer needs back to engineering teams. The role emphasizes technical presales experience in Government & Public Sector accounts, the ability to articulate and sell modern platforms, and strong customer relationship and influencing skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serving as the technical point of contact for your accounts and account managers in your assigned territory.
  2. Developing a deep understanding of customers’ goals and objectives, and articulating how our offerings address their needs.
  3. Creating and owning value based relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
  4. Actively participating in all phases of planning and execution for your territory, from initial discovery to the technical win.
  5. Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the Elastic products and solutions to demonstrate the value of our offerings in sales meetings, and at events such as meetups and conferences.
