Senior Solution Architect responsible for designing and delivering complex software solutions for B2B partners using Expedia Group's white label travel platform. This role involves translating business problems into technical designs, defining end-to-end software packages, and leveraging AI to drive innovation and scale AI-enabled solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner directly with customers, sales, product, and engineering teams to understand business goals, technical requirements, and solution opportunities.
  2. Define end-to-end software and solution packages that address customer needs by leveraging Expedia Group platform capabilities.
  3. Design scalable application solutions and services with consideration for architecture, integrations, APIs, data flows, compliance, security, resiliency, operational readiness, and internal and external system requirements.
  4. Act as a primary technical interface for customers and their engineering teams, building trust and guiding solution direction.
  5. Translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience
  • at least 5 years in a Software Solution Architect or closely related role
