Senior Solution Architect, Thailand

This role is for a Senior Solutions Architect in ASEAN, based in Singapore, supporting Enterprise and Strategic customer accounts in Thailand. The role serves as a technical authority and trusted advisor to the sales team, customers, partners, and community, focusing on understanding customer business issues and addressing them with the Elastic Stack. Responsibilities include technical point of contact for accounts, developing customer relationships, advising sales teams, enabling partners, creating collateral, and communicating customer needs to engineering. Requires a track record in technical presales, ability to articulate benefits of modern platforms, and strong communication skills in English and Thai.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serving as the technical point of contact for your accounts and account managers in your assigned territory.
  2. Developing a deep understanding of customers’ goals and objectives, and articulating how our offerings address their needs.
  3. Creating and owning value based relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
  4. Actively participating in all phases of planning and execution for your territory, from initial discovery to the technical win.
  5. Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the Elastic products and solutions to demonstrate the value of our offerings in sales meetings, and at events such as meetups and conferences.
