Senior Solution Consultant – Post-sales, Platform

This role focuses on post-sales support for Socure's identity verification and fraud prevention platform. Responsibilities include assisting with client onboarding, technical integrations, troubleshooting, configuration, customization, and training. The role requires technical aptitude, client-facing experience, and familiarity with SaaS platforms and APIs. It is not directly involved in building or researching AI/ML models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assist with onboarding efforts for new clients, helping to configure and deliver Socure’s platform according to customer needs.
  2. Support technical integrations by working with client teams and providing input on best practices.
  3. Help troubleshoot technical issues during early stages of deployment in coordination with Support and Customer Success teams.
  4. Gather and document technical and functional requirements from clients.
  5. Deliver introductory training sessions and walkthroughs to help clients get started confidently.

Skills

Required

  • 2–4+ years of experience in a solution consulting, technical implementation, or support engineering role
  • Working knowledge of APIs, data integration, and web-based platforms
  • Comfortable explaining technical concepts to clients in a clear and approachable way
  • Ability to manage multiple client needs and timelines in a structured and organized manner
  • A collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical or related field

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with identity verification, fraud prevention, or data platforms
  • Exposure to enterprise customer environments and technical stacks
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment
