Senior Solution Deployment Strategist (healthcare)

UiPath UiPath · Enterprise · Bellevue, WA · Product

This role focuses on deploying and scaling AI-powered automation solutions for healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM). The strategist will work with customers to understand their RCM operations, design and implement UiPath's solutions, iterate with users, and scale successful deployments. They will also act as a product feedback loop, informing the product roadmap with field insights. The role requires deep RCM expertise, experience implementing software in health systems, and strong project management and customer-facing skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deeply understand each client's RCM operations — workflows, systems, people, pain points — and identify where UiPath's solutions can drive the highest-impact outcomes
  2. Design user-centric applications around the problems and gaps in their existing workflow
  3. Implement UiPath's HLS solutions and other UiPath product capabilities in customer environments — configure, integrate, and adapt to local workflows
  4. Iterate rapidly with end users to validate that what we're building is what they actually want and need
  5. Scale validated solutions across customer locations and downstream customers; establish repeatable deployment playbooks
