Moveworks, now part of ServiceNow, is seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive to drive market success for their Agentic AI Assistant platform. This role involves supporting sales strategy, planning, and customer engagement to showcase the value of digital transformation and AI integration in business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience leveraging AI in work processes and a strong understanding of business sales.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement, account use case targeting and execution
  2. Provide input to AE during the account planning process based on territory strategy and recommendation
  3. Ensure recommendation to territory strategy and account planning is aligned with Now Value principles
  4. Support customers to envision the value of a digital transformation and support development of strategy by partnering with rest of account team, customer and partners.
  5. Coach AEs, ADRs, ACE with foundational specialty solution area knowledge to identify specialty solution opportunities and help manage the sales cycle

Skills

Required

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 7+ years knowledge on return on investment of specialty solutions area to lead solution win
  • Experience as an AE, or in alternative sales/ customer service role
  • Understanding of business sales processes
