This role is for a Senior Solutions Architect at Databricks, focusing on the Utilities/Energy sector in London. The primary responsibility is to advise complex customers on adopting the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert. Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google) and coding in Python or SQL is also necessary.

What you'd actually do

  1. Engage with some of Databricks’ most complex customers to help them achieve their unified platform goals.
  2. Develop and execute customer engagement strategies in partnership with the Account Executives and Solutions Architects in your designated accounts.
  3. You will coach core account teams and peers on positioning, adoption strategies and execution to achieve your outcomes in a defined timeline.
  4. You will influence stakeholders at all levels through complex engagements with the wider cloud ecosystem and 3rd-party applications, ensuring they are excited about the Databricks vision and solution strategy.
  5. Be a 'champion’ for both customers and colleagues, operating as an expert solution architect and trusted advisor for significant data analytics architecture, design, and adoption of the Databricks Lakehouse platform.
