Senior Solutions Engineer (latam)

This role is for a Senior Solutions Engineer focused on enterprise opportunities in Latin America. The primary responsibility is to own the technical strategy for complex sales, architecting technical solutions, quantifying ROI and TCO, and driving strategic engagements with C-level stakeholders. The role acts as a liaison between customers and internal product/engineering teams, localizing technical advocacy for the LATAM market. While the company is AI-focused, this role is not directly building AI models but rather selling and strategizing around AI-powered security products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Account Directors to co-lead sales strategy for enterprise opportunities, owning the technical narrative from discovery to final validation.
  2. Construct Value Realization Frameworks by partnering with executive stakeholders to define "North Star" security goals.
  3. Build sophisticated ROI and TCO models that translate technical feasibility into compelling financial justifications for C-suite decision-makers.
  4. Present and defend Snyk’s value proposition to high-level stakeholders (CISOs, CTOs), aligning our platform with long-term business outcomes.
  5. Proactively identify secondary value streams—such as compliance automation—to broaden Snyk’s footprint within the enterprise.
