What you'd actually do

  1. Work alongside the Corporate/Expansion (employee size 300-1249) sales team as the technical and domain expert of a customer-facing sales team to help Customers understand the value of Okta’s solutions
  2. Serve as a technical advisor: Partner with the sales team to educate customers on Okta’s identity solutions and demonstrate their value.
  3. Solve customer challenges: Understand customer needs and provide tailored product demonstrations to show how our solutions can solve their business problems.
  4. Lead technical engagements: Answer product and technical questions, and plan and deliver complex Proofs of Concept (POCs) by collaborating with other Okta engineering teams.
  5. Drive product and knowledge growth: Share customer feedback with our product teams to influence future enhancements and contribute to the team's knowledge by sharing best practices and reusable assets.
