Skills

Required

  • 4 year degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of Enterprise Field Solutions Engineer experience or relevant technical, customer facing experience
  • Experience with SLED and Federal accounts
  • strong knowledge of FedRAMP authorization process and other compliance frameworks impacting SaaS vendors serving the public sector
  • Knowledge of government procurement cycles, RFP/RFI processes, and contract vehicles
  • Familiarity with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and other relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools, and how they integrate into enterprise solutions
  • Quickly grasp complex technical concepts related to Box’s solutions
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Expertly build trust and rapport with diverse audiences

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with strategic partnerships or subcontractor relationships
  • Awareness of specific use cases such as citizen services modernization, secure document sharing across agencies, education collaboration needs etc.
