This role is for a Senior Sourcer to support the SG&A recruiting team, focusing on identifying and engaging top-tier talent for critical roles within finance, people (HR), legal, policy, communications, and other G&A functions. The role involves advanced sourcing techniques, pipeline development, collaboration with hiring managers, and process improvement using data and sourcing tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Talent Identification: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and social media platforms to uncover passive and active candidates.
  2. Candidate Engagement: Initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective talent through tailored messaging and personalized communication.
  3. Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for various roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates.
  4. Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies with broader recruitment goals.
  5. Process Improvement: Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies and workflows.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 5 years in sourcing or recruiting
  • Proven track record of hiring for SG&A roles
  • Experience supporting finance, people (HR), legal, policy, communications, and other G&A roles
  • Engaging top tier talent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using data-driven approaches
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Proven experience in startups, tech, or related fields such as AAV, UAS, AUV, Weapons, or similar programs.
  • Expertise using Greenhouse, Gem, various AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
