Gong is a category-defining, high-growth AI SaaS company seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager, IT to lead strategic sourcing for complex SaaS and technology initiatives supporting Corporate IT, Sales, and Marketing. This role will manage a portfolio of enterprise SaaS, collaboration tools, security software, and internal data/AI tools, partnering with IT, Security, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Marketing to shape sourcing strategy, optimize spend, and enable decision-making. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing/procurement for enterprise software and SaaS, with strong negotiation skills for complex agreements, deep understanding of software licensing, and excellent stakeholder management.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute sourcing strategies across Corporate IT and business technology spend
  2. Lead end-to-end sourcing for new purchases, renewals, expansions, and vendor transitions
  3. Run competitive evaluations and support vendor selection decisions
  4. Negotiate enterprise SaaS and technology services agreements, including pricing, licensing, SLAs, privacy, security, and commercial protections
  5. Drive vendor consolidation, rationalization, and license optimization

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience in enterprise software, SaaS, Corporate IT, or business technology categories
  • Proven success negotiating complex SaaS, software, and technology services agreements
  • Deep understanding of software pricing and licensing models, including subscription, consumption, credits, tiers, and enterprise agreements
  • Direct experience supporting Corporate IT, Sales, or Marketing technology stacks
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Experience partnering with Legal, Security, Finance, and business stakeholders on commercial and risk decisions
  • Strong analytical skills, including spend, contract, and usage analysis
  • Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
