Salesforce is seeking a Senior Sales Talent Attraction Partner to join their Agentforce team. This role will focus on attracting, engaging, and assessing top sales talent for revenue-generating roles, building pipelines, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. The position requires experience in sales recruiting, understanding sales hiring profiles, and leveraging sourcing techniques.

What you'd actually do

  1. Attract and engage high-caliber sales candidates across all channels — inbound applicants, internal talent, referrals, and outbound sourcing
  2. Build strong pipelines for key sales roles including Account Executives, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Sales Specialists
  3. Conduct in-depth assessments focused on sales competencies such as prospecting ability, pipeline generation, deal management, quota attainment, and customer engagement
  4. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring alignment with business hiring needs
  5. Partner closely with Talent Delivery and Sales Hiring Managers to ensure a steady flow of qualified, sales-ready talent

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales recruiting, sourcing, or talent attraction, preferably within high-growth or enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of sales hiring profiles, metrics (quota, pipeline, conversion), and go-to-market roles
  • Ability to assess candidates on core sales competencies and identify high-potential talent
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across Sales, Recruiting, and cross-functional teams
  • Track record of consistently delivering against hiring goals in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external sales talent
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques, tools, and market mapping for sales talent
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and prioritization skills
  • Self-starter with a high level of ownership, accountability, and bias for action
  • Naturally curious, with a strong ability to translate market insights into effective hiring strategies
