This role focuses on managing and optimizing integrations with third-party systems for merchants, acting as a Technical Account Manager. Responsibilities include technical project management, go-to-market initiatives, data analysis, issue triaging, and client relationship management. The role requires experience with integrations, APIs, webhooks, and SQL for troubleshooting.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the success of our Partner integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams, third party partners, and internal business stakeholders
  2. Identify, resolve, and escalate day-to-day integration-related issues
  3. Serve as the voice of DoorDash in managing external relationships with our partners, leading implementation and process improvement
  4. Partner with product, engineering, and strategy & operations to discover & drive opportunities for improvement that come from data analysis and develop strategies to build and scale our integration platform
  5. You’ll help define the integrations roadmap in collaboration with other product and operations owners

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of experience leading technology integrations / implementation with partners
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs and, webhooks
  • Proven track record of leading initiatives, working cross-functionally to achieve goals, and succeeding in a team environment
  • Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
