This role focuses on improving the efficiency and scalability of integrations operations by using data, tooling, and AI solutions to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve the provider experience. The role involves analyzing data, defining metrics, and partnering cross-functionally to implement process and tooling improvements, with an emphasis on leveraging AI tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify and solve operational inefficiencies across the integrations lifecycle, improving speed, quality, and scalability.
  2. Analyze partner and internal signals to uncover trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Define, track, and evolve efficiency metrics, including accuracy, actionability, and owning the feedback loops that continuously improve our models.
  4. Translate data and insights into clear recommendations and action plans.
  5. Leverage AI tools to automate workflows, reduce manual work, and improve operational outcomes

Skills

Required

  • 3-5 years of experience in strategy & operations, business operations/analytics, consulting, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Dashboarding Software required)
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, workflow automation tools)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated understanding for translating technical concepts to business solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
