Senior Specialist Sales Event Lead

This role focuses on driving product and service growth within targeted consumer markets by identifying new neighborhoods, creating prospecting plans, and establishing community relationships. The Senior Specialist Sales Event Lead plans, coordinates, and facilitates marketing events, partners with retail teams for on-site sales support, and develops marketing collateral. They attend events to maintain relationships, oversee sales activity, and provide coaching to consumers and sales partners. The role requires office presence 5 days a week and offers a salary range of $71,900 - $107,900 plus bonus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identifies new and existing neighborhoods that are going live with new products and services.
  2. Creates prospecting plans to find potential consumer customers to sell AT&T products and services.
  3. Establishes relationships within local communities and HOAs.
  4. Plans/coordinates/facilitates various marketing events in partnership with community leaders and ensures adherence/compliance with community rules/regulations.
  5. Attends the events to maintain relationships with the key partners, to oversee sales activity, and to provide on-site coaching/education as needed to both consumers and sales partners.
