Senior Specialist Sales Event Lead

This role focuses on driving product and service growth for consumer customers through sales and marketing events. The Senior Specialist Sales Event Lead will identify target neighborhoods, create prospecting plans, build community relationships, and coordinate/facilitate marketing events. They will also partner with retail teams, develop marketing collateral, and provide on-site sales support and coaching. The role requires office presence 5 days a week and involves engaging with installation teams and regional marketing.

What you'd actually do

  1. Creates prospecting plans to find potential consumer customers to sell AT&T products and services.
  2. Plans/coordinates/facilitates various marketing events in partnership with community leaders and ensures adherence/compliance with community rules/regulations.
  3. Attends the events to maintain relationships with the key partners, to oversee sales activity, and to provide on-site coaching/education as needed to both consumers and sales partners.
  4. Works with the regional marketing team to create/develop appropriate marketing collateral for the event.
  5. Partners with retail/IHX/D2D when events are scheduled to solicit on-site sales support.
