Senior Specialist, Strategic Operations

This role focuses on strategic operations within Zillow's Industry Affairs team, primarily involving outreach to industry partners (brokers, MLSs, agents) to secure agreements, retain existing ones, acquire new content, and drive adoption of Zillow products and services. It also involves conducting presentations, webinars, and training, attending industry events, and collaborating with internal teams. The role is customer-facing and aims to evangelize Zillow's value proposition.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct in-market and virtual outreach to Brokers, MLSs, Associations, Agents, and Industry Partners to retain, acquire and drive product adoption
  2. Conduct outreach to Brokers, Agents, MLSs, and Associations to acquire listings and listing agreements.
  3. Host webinars and in-person presentations to further business goals
  4. Conduct training/onboarding and work one-on-one with business partners
  5. Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events on behalf of ShowingTime+ and Zillow Group

Skills

Required

  • Solid understanding and experience with the real estate industry
  • 1 year + creating and facilitating training content
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Organized, creative and adaptable
  • Familiar with business support software applications such as Salesforce, Google Sheets, Tableau, Zendesk, Asana, etc.

Nice to have

  • Active real estate license is a plus
  • Emphasis on virtual comms (Zoom, Google Meetups, etc.) is a bonus
