This role is a leadership and technical position focused on managing and improving IT end-user support and infrastructure at a specific site. It involves designing, delivering, and managing IT services, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements (EHS, Financial & GxP), managing budgets, and leading a team. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise in end-user computing and infrastructure, and experience in IT service management frameworks like ITIL.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for designing, delivering, managing and improving all discrete activities, processes and vendors’ services that support the delivery of IT services to business, while aligning with the organization’s quality and compliance requirements to ensure the infrastructure systems remain Audit Ready (EHS, Financial & GxP).
  2. Responsible for service delivery, technical leadership, project management and execution to achieve customer satisfaction, operational and financial success.
  3. Accountable for problem diagnosis and solutions documentation, implementation, administration, support, and maintenance of a variety of hardware, software, and network products applying globally defined processes around Configuration Management, Change Management, and Incident/Problem Management.
  4. Accountable for implementation and execution of the activities in line with company technical and quality standards and procedures with focus on continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
  5. Responsible for the departmental budget at the site.
