Senior Staff Software Engineer on the Autonomous Mobility & Delivery (AM&D) team, focused on scaling the business globally by identifying and engineering new ridesharing and delivery use cases leveraging autonomous vehicles. The role involves 0-to-1 product incubation, growth hacking the marketplace, and designing technical frameworks for cross-pillar synergy, with a strong emphasis on product-driven development and rapid execution.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the technical discovery and rapid prototyping of new use cases that sit at the intersection of Autonomous Mobility and Delivery.
  2. Use data-driven insights to identify inefficiencies and build technical MVPs that optimize the hybrid marketplace.
  3. Partner deeply with Product Managers, Designers, Science and Ops Leads to pitch and prove innovative AV experiences and products.
  4. Design technical frameworks that allow new use cases to scale across both the Mobility and Delivery stacks without redundant engineering effort.
  5. Lead small "tiger teams" to prove business hypotheses through code, moving from ideation to production-ready MVP at high speed.
