  3. Lead, empower, and grow a team of software engineers by providing technical guidance, navigating complex technical choices, and modeling cross-functional teamwork.
  4. Establish and maintain rigorous technical standards to ensure exceptional code quality, system reliability, and overall platform performance.
  5. Partner with product managers, engineering leads, and internal/external stakeholders to define goals, manage strategic relationships, and drive the product roadmap.
