What you'd actually do

  1. Utilize your stock administration experience to administer Asana’s stock programs for all Asanas in the U.S. and globally.
  2. Maintain Asana’s stock data using E*TRADE’s Equity Edge Online (EEO) platform and manage custom reports to ensure data accuracy.
  3. Provide a superior level of customer service by supporting employee understanding of stock awards, programs, and policies.
  4. Manage complex integration projects and coordinate with internal partners in Legal, Finance, Payroll, and People teams.
  5. Drive efforts to scale the function by enhancing manual processes, automating workflows, and evaluating service providers.
