What you'd actually do

  1. Own the ongoing administration of global equity plans, including equity events like RSU releases, stock options exercises and pre-clearance
  2. Develop processes and training for Tier 1 employee inquiries to support HR operations and employee service teams; Own equity employee Tier 2 inquiries and escalations, optimizing for the best customer service
  3. Collaborate with the Equity Operations Manager to support and own changes to existing and implementation of future equity programs
  4. Support monthly/quarterly equity reporting
  5. Maintain data integrity in the equity platform and integrated systems

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in stock plan administration
  • Understanding of global equity operations and taxation
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Strong track record of achievement
  • Ability to distill complex concepts into simple, easy to understand communications
  • Comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • Customer-obsessed attitude for equity participant support
  • Ability to work both independently and with team/business partners
  • Capable of identifying and resolving issues
  • Very strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • CEP designation (or working towards)
