What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a subject matter expert in global equity compensation, including RSUs, ISOs, NSOs, and ESPP
  2. Manage the end-to-end processing of equity transactions (grants, releases, exercises, cancellations, etc.) in Charles Schwab EquiView
  3. Coordinate global ESPP enrollment and purchase cycles and ensure accurate processing and reconciliations in collaboration with Payroll and Schwab
  4. Oversee quarterly and year-end close and reporting, internal/external audits, including SOX and ASC 718 compliance
  5. Proactively plan and partner with stakeholders across Legal, HR, Tax, Payroll, and Finance to ensure data accuracy, alignment, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
