What you'd actually do

  1. Own and manage a portfolio of high-value veterinary partners, including multi-clinic groups and complex individual practices.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, positioning Chewy as a trusted partner.
  3. Lead end-to-end account planning and partnership conversations, aligning Chewy’s capabilities with partner needs and business goals.
  4. Identify and drive growth opportunities within accounts, including expanding adoption of PracticeHub capabilities and new service offerings.
  5. Proactively identify and develop expansion opportunities across existing partnerships, including pilots, new workflows, and additional services.

Skills

Required

  • 7–10+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, business development, or related roles
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and drive measurable business outcomes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage mid-to-senior level stakeholders
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Operations, or similar teams

Nice to have

  • Experience in the veterinary or broader healthcare ecosystem
  • Experience working with multi-location or enterprise customers
  • Familiarity with SaaS, marketplaces, or platform-based business models
