Iterable is a leading AI-powered customer engagement platform that helps brands create individualized experiences at scale. This role is for a Senior Strategic Business Development Representative who will own pipeline creation within high-value accounts, partnering with AEs to drive new business opportunities. Responsibilities include navigating complex organizations, engaging senior stakeholders, leveraging data and personalization, and exceeding quota. The role also involves mentoring new BDRs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own pipeline creation across a targeted set of strategic / high-value accounts
  2. Partner deeply with AE(s) on account planning, stakeholder mapping, and outreach strategy
  3. Execute highly personalized, signal-driven outbound across channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
  4. Identify and prioritize high-intent signals to focus effort where it matters most
  5. Engage and qualify senior personas across Marketing, Product, and Growth teams
