Senior Strategic Operations Associate, Global Airports Marketplace

This role focuses on optimizing Uber's marketplace at airports globally, using data to diagnose issues, evaluate changes, and improve reliability, conversion, and driver earnings. It involves cross-functional collaboration with operations, product, and engineering teams, and strengthening data foundations for airport performance reporting.

What you'd actually do

  1. Solve our largest marketplace challenges - Define health standards and best practices and deep dive into experience challenges when necessary. Lead high-impact, advanced investigations of Marketplace degradations and develop global-first proposals with Mega-Regional Ops / Tech teams
  2. Provide Global Marketplace support - Collaborate closely with Mega-Regional Ops in reaching new Marketplace heights through consultation / execution and by amplifying their voice in conversations with tech or during product planning cycles
  3. Build and refine automated monitoring and alerting - Surface and act early on marketplace or driver‑experience issues at airports
  4. Strengthen our data foundations for airports - Build and maintain recurring reporting and dashboards that help global and regional stakeholders quickly understand how airports are performing. I mprove data definitions, documentation, and self‑serve tools that make it easier for others to work with airport data.
  5. Optimize our product features - Partner with Ops and Tech teams to scope, test and implement new product ideas and tools for airports.
