This role focuses on accelerating growth for Uber for Business's self-signup channel in APAC by defining and launching new growth initiatives, managing program execution, analyzing business insights, and monitoring market trends. It requires strong cross-functional partnership and analytical skills to drive strategy and deliver elevated experiences to business customers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with the Global teams in Ops, Marketing, Product, and Support to define and launch new growth initiatives for key APAC markets.
  2. Manage the execution of a portfolio of growth initiatives in partnership with cross-functional partners (Product, Marketing, Support, Sales operations, etc.). Where appropriate, collaborate with stakeholders to tailor global initiatives to the regional context.
  3. Use your analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and drive strategy through business insights
  4. Build and maintain reporting to track progress across a variety of top line and operational metrics for the region
  5. Monitor macro and competitive trends in key APAC markets, and develop recommendations for how to respond – through commercial levers, product innovation, etc.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in project/program management, operations, or related field
  • Experienced SQL user or similar query language
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience managing meetings and presentations with senior leaders
  • Analytical thinker, with experience using data to drive business decisions
  • Strong business acumen, with experience evaluating a line of business and understanding how to drive commercial growth
  • Strong organization and project management skills, including ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects and processes simultaneously
  • Skilled in synthesizing information quickly to distill key takeaways, and to weave insights into a compelling story that clarifies and inspires
  • Experience building deep relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, anticipating their concerns and successfully advocating for your priorities
  • Comfort addressing ambiguity, for example, shifting priorities or unfamiliar problems
  • An ability to identify new sales use cases, playbook findings, and share out with regional teams to gain adoption and accelerate growth
  • B2B Experience is an asset, but not required
