What you'd actually do

  1. Own and grow a portfolio of top SMB restaurant partners regionally, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and retention targets
  2. Lead strategic quarterly business reviews, translating performance data into clear insights, growth opportunities, and actionable plans
  3. Proactively mitigate churn by identifying risks early and driving adoption of DoorDash products and solutions that unlock incremental growth
  4. Leverage data and AI tools to diagnose operational inefficiencies, test improvements, and optimize merchant performance on an ongoing basis
  5. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Sales to advocate for merchant needs and deliver a best-in-class platform experience

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, post-sales, customer success, or a related client-facing role
  • Experience managing a book of business, with experience with higher complexity small- to medium-sized business (SMB) clients, or Enterprise clients
  • Knowledge of Google Suite, including Google Slides and Google Sheets
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator
