What you'd actually do

  3. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, coordinating all customer touchpoints to deliver a seamless, high-impact client experience.
  4. Collaborate closely with Global Strategic Leads, Implementation teams, and regional counterparts to align on account strategy and business outcomes globally.
  5. Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and influencing product, operational, and commercial priorities.
