What you'd actually do

  1. Owning commercial strategy and sourcing execution across a complex portfolio of indirect spend categories, including professional and consulting services, staffing and labour/BPO, software development and maintenance, and strategy and advisory engagements
  2. Leading sophisticated negotiations with external providers, including management consultancies, outsourcing partners, professional services firms, and contingent workforce suppliers, with clear commercial positions and leverage strategies
  3. Embedding with senior business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, shape supplier decisions, and provide commercial counsel before commitments are made
  4. Building and maintaining category strategies that connect short-term sourcing activity to longer-term business outcomes
  5. Proactively managing contract pipelines, renewal cycles, and spend visibility across your categories
