We are looking for a Senior Strategic Supply Chain Manager (SSCM) who can own complex problems within Supply Chain team. In this role, the candidate will work with cross-functional teams to identify and launch initiatives aimed at improving the customer and vendor experience.

Key responsibilities The Strategic Supply Chain Manager will demonstrate ownership of supply chain strategies to realize the best-in-class customer experience while optimizing cost structure. This role plays a critical role in helping Amazon build, manage and optimize a complex supply chain including Forecasting/Ordering/Inventory manage ecosystem. As Strategic Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing plans to improve availability of products, delivery speed to customers, and supply chain cost. You will achieve these initiatives by partnering closely with and influencing cross-functional internal teams and Books vendors.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience creating reports, interpreting metrics and driving overall insights or analysis
- 工学、ビジネス、または関連分野における学士号
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field
- 5年程度の関連職務の経験（コンサルティングやサプライチェーン、在庫管理、または関連プロジェクトマネジメント）
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (Consulting management or supply chain experience)
- 日本語が母国語、もしくは、JPLTN1
- ビジネスレベルの英語
- Native Japanese or JPLT N1
- Business level English required.
- KPIなどのメトリック作成・改善の経験、および、生データからインサイトを抽出する分析力
Preferred Qualifications
- 優れた意思決定力、書面および口頭でのコミュニケーション力、実践的で常識的なアプローチに基づく実行力
- Possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done.
- 優れた分析能力と問題解決能力。 大規模で複雑なデータを処理する能力と、統計学またはその他の分析手法に精通している
- Strong analytical abilities and problem solving skills. Ability to work with large, complex data sets and familiarity with statistics or other analytical techniques.
- 優先順位付け、スケジュール管理、時間管理、期限の遵守などの優れた実行力
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management and meeting deadlines.
- カイゼン、リーン生産方式、シックスシグマなどのプロセス改善の経験
- Experience with improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
