What you'd actually do

  1. own complex problems within Supply Chain team
  2. identify and launch initiatives aimed at improving the customer and vendor experience
  3. build, manage and optimize a complex supply chain including Forecasting/Ordering/Inventory manage ecosystem
  4. defining and executing plans to improve availability of products, delivery speed to customers, and supply chain cost
  5. partnering closely with and influencing cross-functional internal teams and Books vendors

Skills

Required

  • Experience creating reports, interpreting metrics and driving overall insights or analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (Consulting management or supply chain experience)
  • Native Japanese or JPLT N1
  • Business level English required
