This role is a Senior Strategy and Operations Manager for Uber AI Solutions, focused on redefining work in the AI Era by attracting, onboarding, and engaging skilled gig workers. The role involves designing and executing scalable strategies, building foundational processes, leading outreach campaigns, optimizing operations through data and experimentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. It is a foundational role in a new business unit, aiming to impact how AI systems are powered by managing the human element of AI-driven work.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop foundational processes, tools, and playbooks to drive supply generation and engagement across multiple U.S. markets
  2. Lead local and regional knowledge worker outreach campaigns, events, and onboarding efforts—ensuring a seamless, high quality yet high-touch experience
  3. Use data and structured thinking to improve operations, run experiments, and optimize outreach and engagement strategies
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, Marketing, etc.) and external partners to drive results
  5. Serve as a trusted resource for gig workers; resolving issues, building FAQs, and improving support touchpoints

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, analytics, or related fields
  • Experience in partnerships, sourcing, campus recruitment, live workforce marketplace operations and or within a related field
  • Bachelor's degree
  • SQL
  • Excel/Google Sheets
  • Google Forms
