This role is for a Senior Strategy and Operations Manager for Uber Direct in EMEA. What you'd actually do

  1. Use data to monitor, understand, and improve performance across key operational metrics. Identify inefficiencies and build frameworks to optimise delivery processes
  2. Turn analytical findings into scalable strategies that drive tangible business outcomes
  3. Partner with Product, Engineering, and EMEA Ops teams to test, iterate, and roll out new features and processes that solve real merchant and courier pain points, improve efficiency and unit economics at scale
  4. Align stakeholders across Local Ops, Legal, Safety, and Commercial teams to execute initiatives that improve the end-to-end delivery experience
  5. Partner with commercial teams to enhance product-market fit across Food, Grocery, and Retail verticals. Identify merchant needs and co-create solutions to strengthen Uber Direct’s value proposition
