This role is for a Senior Strategy, Operation and Enablement Manager within Adobe's Global Finance & Operations Organization. The position focuses on driving strategic execution, improving operational excellence, and strengthening leadership alignment. Responsibilities include supporting planning and execution of key initiatives, developing executive communications, strengthening culture and collaboration, managing the operating rhythm, identifying process improvements, and tracking organizational goals and risks. What you'd actually do

  1. Support planning and execution of key initiatives across the CAO organization, and help translate long-term goals into actionable workstreams.
  2. Support the development of high-quality communications, including executive updates, strategic narratives, all-hands content, and presentations to the CAO and Finance organizations.
  3. Help strengthen culture, collaboration, and inclusion by driving engagement initiatives and encouraging positive relationships across Finance and cross-functional teams worldwide.
  4. Support the CAO organization’s operating rhythm, including annual planning, operational reviews, leadership meetings, and strategic events.
  5. Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, partnering with teams to help drive clarity, efficiency, and scalability.
