This role focuses on driving same-store-demand growth for restaurants on Uber Eats by setting strategy and executing end-to-end growth programs within the Pickup problem space. It involves analyzing key growth KPIs, championing the restaurant's needs, and collaborating with various internal teams. The role requires strong problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, communication, and business acumen.

What you'd actually do

  1. Set the strategy and drive execution at scale: Define the overarching restaurant Pickup growth strategy — and bring it to life through toolkits, playbooks, and processes that enable local teams to execute consistently across EMEA.
  2. Own end-to-end growth programs: Lead integrated initiatives that increase restaurant same-store-demand growth and ROI within the Pickup fulfillment method.
  3. Be accountable for performance: Track and analyze key growth KPIs — including same-store-demand, adoption, session conversion, and ROI — and translate insights into clear action plans.
  4. Champion the restaurant: Put restaurants at the center of every decision, ensuring strategies and products fuel their sustainable same-store-demand growth and ROI.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years in strategy, operations, product, or growth roles in a technology or marketplace business.
  • High agency and self-sufficiency, able to work independently and own end-to-end program management of multiple workstreams.
  • Strong capabilities to work with large sets of data, gleaning insights and creating compelling narratives.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management across multiple functions and seniority levels in matrixed environments.
  • Proven ability to translate data into strategic direction and confidence presenting it to senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Logistics and Marketplace experience in a B2B2C context.
  • Background in shaping product roadmaps, setting commercial targets, and developing data-driven GTM strategies.
  • Ability to build GTM materials, enablement content, and operational playbooks.
  • Familiarity with SQL, data visualization (Looker, Tableau), and experimentation / A/B testing.
